In the tradition of Upton Sinclair's "The Jungle" and Rachel Carson's "Silent Spring," an alarming exposé about the beef industry that could change the way you eat forever...this feature length documentary tells the story of Howard Lyman, the cattle rancher whose struggle with cancer caused him to reevaulate his life, ending his 40 year long farming career to instead become an outspoken advocate for sustainability, organics, and veganism.
