Tacoma, WASH. - Centoilia Maldonado Vasquez, community leader with the Bi-national Front of Indigenous Organizations (FIOB) in Oaxaca, Mexico, will speak at 6 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30, at University of Puget Sound's Rausch Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.
